haven been blogging here. MR500 is over. had a great great experience competing with schools like NUS,NTU,MJC and NJC. though so cookies won but much experience gained during this race here. it is a great competition. there was no such thing like semi finals and all in the competition. so though me and partner came in third. that's all for us. well. saturday came to an end with hanting,lala,qifang, yong ann and benjamin going to finals. sunday was the finals for them. though only lala won herself a third. congrates to all the others because it was a tough tough race for all of them. took lots lots of photo while supporting them for their race. =) upload them soon. =))

went for training yest but didnt paddle cause was having high fever the night before. so watched them paddle for their first programm. was damm bored so i rested for awhile and waited till seniors to come back from thier national time trials at mac ritchie. was having really high fever and having a lil' gastric pain. so didnt wait for their training to be over. so went home and rest. then headed to the doc ard evening. skipped team dinner, =( waited for so long but still didnt have a chance to go cause i was sick. well. there's still another time..
purposely cancelled today's piano lesson so that i can go for training today. but still didnt go for training cause was still having a lil' sore throat, flu. cannot afford to fall ill anymore. MR500 is just this weekend. if i still dont get better then i wouldnt be able to compete so have to rest for now.. got MC from doc till mon. =) hees.. rotting at home now. tata.

Monday 24 feb Land training. did 6k run and i think i injured my ankle and ran damm slow. well. it really hurt okie. did the usual stuffs after that. bathed. ate. and went to look for darling.
Wednesday 26 feb Water Training. did 10x500m for both program 1 and 2. i think me and fishy really used all our strength to paddle. though it hurt here and there, we still managed to finish all the sets. did lesser pull ups then the guys and timing exceeded. but coach was kind enough to let us do 100 instead of 330. hees. bathed. ate. slack. and HOME SWEET HOME. =)
THURSDAY 27 feb Land Training. did sprinting sets 4x 800m. damm tired. well. but i would still prefer these running sets instead of the 6k run. LOLS. did usual training sets and all. =)) bathed, ate KFC. soooo sinful. all trainings has gone done the drain. hahah. then headed to JOANNE house for MAHJONG SESSION. hees. and we TOOK 913(in chinese) to her house. hahah. funny funny things happened. hahah. soo soo funny. JO's dad and sis suddenly came home, me and adeline was like watching show. Han Ting didnt wear any clothes and he was like so kan chiong. hahah. then fishy and lala was some sort lying on the sofa and they also damm kan chiong. but it was damm funny. LOLS. well. went back at about 8 pluss. reached home at 9 plus, ate a little. slping soon. =)
darling went clubbing with his cypher members. hmms. though a bit reluctant but still allowed him to go since it's been a long time since he went there. hmms. soo let him enjoy lohs.

didnt go for training on sat cause was having cramp cause of menses. soo rest at darling's place and waited for the rest to end training before meeting them. went to bishan to have our lunch at subway. it's been a long time since we ate at j8 after that headed to han ting's house fore mahjong session. there is a chingay party at bishan cc. quite grand. LOLS. i think the "flower car" very nice. ahhha.. hmm. left his place at 7 cause have to go home for dinner..
heard that me and fishy will be taking part in k2 event for MR500.. it is not my first time taking part in race. but this time i'm a little afraid because i'm on a k2 boat not anymore in my k1 boat when i know what i should do without thinking. now i have to discuss everything with my partner and if anything goes wrong during the race. will we know what to do. the least i expect from the race is not to capsize. i feel that this race is a difficult one.
FISHY: our aim is to tag along lala and qifang's boat. Remember our mock race. we did get the best boat that day. but all we have to do is give all our best in all the races. remember my mentality that day when we couldnt get the stingray. i shall and will not have that mentality again. dont worry. =) do our best for these few trainings and give it all out during the MR500 okie. =))
p.s: i will be going for sunday training 2 weeks before the race. hees.
